I employed Michael to undertake a complex heritage restoration of 140 year old ornate timber ceiling as well as other renovation work in a commercial building. Michael worked seamlessly with a specialist cabinet maker and suggested techniques that permitted a faithful and rarely preserved outcome. Michael and his team including sub contract trades were obliging and co-operative in a job environment with many latent conditions. I expect to use Michael’s services on other work I have coming up.
