We were referred to Michael by a good friend, well versed in the building industry.

From our first meeting, we knew Michael was the man for our job. We were doing a total renovation of a century old cottage in Cooks Hill which was in poor condition and had numerous heritage restrictions.
It was decided to restore the front half of the house to it’s former glory and replace the back “add-ons” with a modern design.
After discussing our ideas, Michael introduced us to an excellent architect, the first of many outstanding professionals, subcontractors, tradies, manufacturers and suppliers.

Throughout the whole process Michael was consultive and showed excellent time management and planning skills. He sets and meets deadlines resulting in continuous work flow for his excellent team of tradesmen and contractors who take immense pride in their work.
